That's why we're excited to offer Livongo, a service designed with you in mind, at no additional cost. Livongo is available to all employees and their covered dependents who are enrolled in our medical plans and have been diagnosed with diabetes. By joining Livongo, you gain access to a range of complimentary a connected glucose monitor, testing supplies, and personalized support from dedicated health coaches. We believe in empowering you to lead a healthier, more supported life, and Livongo is here to make that journey easier for you.
To be eligible to enroll in this free voluntary program, you must be a Barnes employee or family member that is enrolled in one of our medical plans and who is diagnosed with diabetes or pre-diabetes.

Participation in the Diabetes Management Program with ongoing glucose monitoring entitles you access to a plethora of free supplies, information, and live support to make your diabetes management easier.
The free items and services include:
- A free connected glucose meter that automatically sends your readings to your own personal diabetes website, caregivers, family and doctors.
- Diabetes testing supplies – testing strips, lancing device, lancet, and other diabetes supplies with no out-of-pocket copays or deductibles.
- Live, personalized health coaching to help you manage your diabetes medications.
- Online portal and smartphone app where you can access and share your results with your healthcare providers or family members.
